Description

The liquid sodium silicate production line is wet process which reaction between liquid caustic soda and Quartz sand, heated in the reaction kettle. The liquid Sodium Silicate is produced directly by heat and pressure.  It can produce liquid mould <3.0 (adjustable during the manufacturing) liquid sodium silicate.

a.    Caustic soda (NaOH)--- (GB-209-93,diaphragm process,TypeⅡ)

About the caustic soda, during production, you need to dissolve it to content 30%-50% liquid caustic soda to use. This means 1 ton caustic soda flakes can produce 7 to 8 tons liquid sodium silicate. So the cost is less. Normally FOB price is around 550USD-630USD/Ton.
