1.Each leg of machine using two pieces of 14mm Q345B steel processed which keep the machine good supporting and stability when machine fast move forward and backward in high precision.
2.The beam made by aluminum alloy structure,which for keeping high precision and easy for machine function update or modification in the future.
3.Rear part of the beam is used 45# steel folded to strengthen the machine's structure. That makes machine with two beam structure, and both aluminum alloy and steel's are made full use of to provide machine extreme stability, and flexibility performance.
