CAD / CAM Nesting
All the CAD / CAM Nesting design and building drawing
1) CCS qualified design company for make the drawing
2) Stability report to be fulfilled the request of coastal vessel of MSA .
3) The F.P.T ,void , F.O.T and store are water tight with aluminum inspection hatches
Boat Hull Fabricate
Hull Welding Specification :
1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this ship .
2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the cross joint of seam and other important place .
3) From 5083-H116 materila to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced qualified welders .
4) The bottom will be double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing .
5) Solid floors will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm .
