Therapeutic Natural Aroma Essential Oil

Recommended use and dosage:

- To enhance the effect of cosmetic products for skin and hair, add 5–10 drops of Siberian Fir needle essential oil per 10 g of the applied product (cream, lotion, shampoo). Shampoo enhanced with Siberian Fir needle essential oil significantly improves the condition of the scalp. - Run a warm bath, mix 5–7 drops of oil with 1 spoonful of emulsifier and add the mixture to the water. - While enjoying a sauna, add 5–7 drops of oil per 0.5 litre of hot water and put the bowl with water near the stove. - To purify, sanitize and perfume the indoor air, use an oil burner or a diffuser adding 4–6 drops per 10 sq m. - To clean and disinfect household surfaces, add 5–10 drops of Siberian Fir needle essential oil to the water or detergent. Contraindications: 

Idiosyncratic reactions, pregnancy, severe forms of hypertension, while in recovery from a heart attack and a brain hemorrhage.
Use with caution in children and people with sensitive skin, starting with the smallest amounts (perform a skin patch test for sensitivity by diluting the essential oil to 3% in any carrier oil).
