Normally we need to know the dimensions (motor diameter, diameter shaft extension length, electrodes, etc.), themotor performance requirements (rated voltage, the speed control, no-load current, locked-rotor torque, locked-rotor current, load torque, load speed, load current, etc.), and other requirements (compatible with current limit, noise limited, life expectancy(corresponding to use conditions) required). If complete parameters cannot be provided, it is ok. Please tell us your installation requirements, product use and use requirements, and we will recommend some motors for you to choose according to these requirements.
2.Q:Is there any Testing Report or Motor Specification when I get the sample ?
A: Yes, we will attach the test report to the sample.As a matter of fact, before the sample is made, we will complete the PDF file of motor specifications (including motor profile, characteristic parameters and other requirements) according to your requirements and send it to you for confirmation. The sample will be made according to the specifications you have confirmed so as to meet your requirements to the maximum extent.
3.Q:Can I get some samples first ? How soon can I get the samples ?
A: Yes, we can make a sample and provide it to you, but you need to pay the postage.The sample completion time depends on different motor specifications and requirements, generally 3-10 days can be completed.
4.Q:Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we provide the tooling cost?
A: Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we'll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange or not.
