A:Sure, the product we have no stock,Just sent us,please contact our staff for more information.For appearance change , like Logo , outlook adding ,print , language , it would be easy to achieve . For ingredient change , please arrange sample for us .
Q4 : What's your sample time?What's your delivery time?
A:7 days for sample,and 15-20 days for mass production.It's depends on the quantity.
Q5 : How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.
Q6 : How to pay ?
a. Confirm the items you want to order with our Customer service. A PI would be sent for your down payment . 50% deposit paid for immediate production.
b. Upon receipt of your deposit, would arrange production asap.
c. Once production finished, would send photos for your confirmation and if everything okay, pay us the balance.
d. Once receive your balance, would arrange shipment for you immediately.
f. As soon as shipment is made, would update the shipping information for you and send you the shipping documents accordingly.
e. When you receive your goods, would follow up for any feedback or any further help needed for the products.
