Routine maintenance:
 




1. To keep the ultrasonic generator dry, avoid storing in wet environment. Contact with conductive liquid (such as water) from the ultrasonic control cabinet is prohibited, otherwise the machine will be burnt out.
2. Turn off the power supply of the ultrasonic generator when the ultrasonic cleaning machine is not in use.
3. Avoid collisions or violent vibrations on machines.
4. Please keep the ultrasonic cleaning machine generator and cleaning tank away from the heat source.
5. Don't let the machine keep working all along, let it have a break after working for a few hours.
6. The machine should be stored in a ventilated place for heat dissipation.
7. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the cleaning liquid should be replaced in time.
8. Try to avoid the use of strong acid and strong alkaline cleaning agents.
9. After the cleaning process is finished, close the machine in time. If you don't use it for a long time, pour out the cleaning fluid in the tank.
10. When the cleaning machine is not used, cover it with a cover to prevent dust and moisture.

11.It is strictly forbidden to open the machine without water in the tank.








Operation process:




1. Add tap water to the tank, the water level is higher than or equal to 3 / 4 of the height of the tank. Start heating key and ultrasonic degassing key. When the water temperature is about 40 degrees, add the specified amount of ultrasonic cleaning agent. When the water temperature reaches 55 degrees 60 degrees, start cleaning parts.
2. Try to disintegrate the parts to be cleaned. Using high pressure water gun, wire brush, scraper or other tools to carry out manual auxiliary treatment of soil, heavy oil stain and heavy carbon deposit on the surface of parts, in order to ensure the service life, cleaning speed and effect of cleaning machine.
3. Put the parts to be cleaned in the cleaning tank and place them without overlapping to ensure that the parts are completely submerged by the cleaning fluid
4. Start the ultrasonic button, generally regular cleaning 50 to 60 minutes. After cleaning, turn off the ultrasonic key. Take out the parts and proceed to the latter stage.
5. Use a high pressure water gun to remove residue on the surface of the parts; use an air compression gun to remove residues in the hole. Rust-proof parts need to be dealt with separately. In order to improve the cleaning effect, the cleaning time of parts in cleaning liquid can be extended when time permits. In order to improve the cleaning efficiency, we can take the process of cleaning immediately after disassembly.
