DL 410K Automatic Vegetable Fruit Food Nitrogen O2 CO2 Vacuum Tray Sealing Modified

DL-410K modified atmosphere packaging machine is a special type of tray controlled modified atmosphere packaging machine lunched by the Dajiang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. for cool fresh meat, cooked food and other foods. The basic principle of the packing is isolating the food from the ambient air with high barrier materials (plastic pallet and sealing film), and fill gas mixture into the pallet to maintain the original flavor and appearance of the food for a long time, and suppress growing of bacteria and microbe to the fullest extent possible.

The machine uses totally enclosed vacuum replacement method to conduct food atmospheric fresh-keeping packing, namely in the totally enclosed vacuum chamber, vacuumize the vacuum chamber with vacuum pump to make a high vacuum degree, and then fill the gas for preservation of food. The packing mode can make the residual oxygen content in the container to a minimum, and convenient for precise control of ratio of various fresh-keeping gases. The gas displacement ratio by using the totally enclosed vacuum replacement method may ≥ 99%. It effectively solves the problems of the traditional flush compensation controlled atmosphere packing such as poor fresh-keeping effect, incongruous charged gas ratio, unable to grasp and control the shelf life of fresh food due to the high content of residual oxygen.

DL-410K modified atmosphere packaging machine has a high degree of automation, reliable quality, long service life, easy to maintain and high yield and wide applicability. According to different fresh-keeping gases required by the food, mixing ratio combining of three fresh-keeping gases, two fresh-keeping gases and one fresh-keeping gas to meet the different needs of the user.

The high-precision gas mixing system is adopted. For best fresh keeping effect, the different types and mixing proposition of fresh keeping gas may be switched quickly according to fresh keeping requirements of different foods.

The microcomputer programmable controller and man-machine interface touch-screen control system are used in the equipment. The parameter setting is intuitive and precise, and the operating is stable and reliable. According to the characteristics of the packing material, the parameters only need to be set for time to complete all of the packing operations uninterruptedly.

The operation is simple and convenient. Double startup safety switch is adopted to guarantee operator safety. The whole automatic packing process may be completed by just one touch of the start switch.
