This sensor is combined with motor drive circuit 
High Current support 30A
width range voltage input from 6V to 28V , ( this design is fit for who is no good experience to build DIY tracking system )
also the circuit has sencing frequence adjustable design
user can adjust the sensing frequence from every 1 minute to every 10 minutes .
that is mean the sensor can be detect the sun each 1 minute when you adjust it on 1 minute with the dump pin .
this design can be help to extend the motor life ( reduce the motor working frequence )
