u  WHAT IS EGYPT COC CERTIFICATION?

All the products are exported kingdom of Egypt must conform to the requirements for eligibility assessment program for commerce ministry of Saudi Arabia and needs to apply for customs clearance in Saudi customs.

 

All imported products mentioned in the mandatory list need to provide the country of origin certificate issued by the authorized third party providers the compulsory certificate shows that the product and/or manufacturing process should comply with the Egypt national standards which are issued by Egypt organization for standards, measurement and quality, this is necessary for doing the customs clearance in Egypt customs.

 

u  WHAT'S THE PROCESS FOR DOING EGYPT CERTIFICATION?

1. If the Valid test report can be provided:

a.Sunbit the application form and requried documents

b.Review the application form and required documents

c.Inspection

d.Review the inspection report

c.Issue the COI certificaton after all the documents are approved

e.Upload the COI certificate to GOEIC

 

2.If can not provide the Valid test report:

a.Sunbit the application form and requried documents

b.Review the application form and required documents

c.Sampling from the order for testing

d.Conduct and issue the test in the 3rd lab according to the required Egypt national standard

e.Review the lab test report and inspection report

f.Issue the COI certificaton after all the documents are approved

g.Upload the COI certificate to GOEIC
