Working principle of KJI-2000K hydraulic cutter

The high-pressure hose is connected to the motor pump or the manual pump. The pump works to transport the hydraulic oil to the tool. The hydraulic oil pushes the piston, and the power of the piston is transmitted to the rotating tool through the connecting rod, thereby performing the rescue operation of cutting and clamping the object to be broken. The manual control valve controls the opening and closing of the tool. When the manual control valve is in the neutral position, the tool does not move and the pressure oil directly returns to the oil tank.

a. Remove the cutter from the fixture or the storage box, and connect the male and female ports of the quick interface to the male and female ports of the manual pump or motorized pump respectively. c. During the cutting operation, the work piece to be cut and the plane of the cutter should be straightened to prevent the cutter from being damaged by the lateral force.
