Quality is our number 1 focus for the entire team.The design, injection, assembly, QA & packaging are all done in-house for efficiency and to standardized a high level of quality control.All of bikes, bike parts will be tested before shipping. And the bike Warranty is 1 year under normal using(not human made damage), the Frame is 5years for aluminium, and 3years for carbon and Titanium.If you received some not working can show the pictures to us or send it back to us to repair or repace.

1. Q: Can I get some samples? A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check, but will add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.

3. Q: What payment do you accept? A: In general, our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T after seeing the copy of B/L.
4. Q:Is it possible some specs modifications? A:Yes, you could modificate bikes specification as your will, but based on the components we have in stock.
5. Q: Is it OEM bicycles ok? I may order it with my own brand. A: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM bikes or bike parts, You could make the products with your brand.
