Structure and principle
The briquette machine has a simple structure and is divided into five parts: body, rotation, feeding, stamping and transmission. All parts cooperate with each other and coordinate smoothly. 1. Body part: It is composed of a pressure plate and a base, and it becomes the skeleton entity of the machine.
2. Transmission part: It is composed of motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft and other components. The motor rotates the gear shaft through the pulley, transmits it to the drive shaft through the gear, and also rotates the dial through a pair of bevel gears and the drive shaft to turn the dial onto the four-hole disc.
3. Feeding part: It consists of shaft, hopper, mixer, it consists of axial flow gear mixer, stirring coal and loading mode pipe. 4. Four sliders, sliding beams, punches, punch blocks, punches, movable pressure plates, movable die bottoms, and springs for stamping parts. When the machine moves, the tie rod slide beam is driven by the two-speed gear, the punch goes down, and the downward force of the punch acts on the movable disc displacement spring to tighten, the coal is formed and rushes into the coal, and Songmei moves the coal through the spring. Installation and testing

Operation
