Secondary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-PR
1. A built-in high-strength aluminum alloy framework and PU blade are integrated molding , characterized by
good fit, large extensibility, high wear resistance, impact resistance and no material leakage;
2. The blade and the bracket are bolted for easy installation and replacement;
3. A set of constant-pressure spring adjusting seats is equipped at both ends, the screw type adjustment and
shock absorber spring can absorb the impact from sudden external forces, prevent the blade from damaging
the belt, and ensure the contact pressure and excellent cleaning effect;
4. Installed on the working surface of the return conveyor belt below the head pulley, suitable for two-way running belt;
5. Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,
and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, coking
