Q1. Are you a factory or trading company? A: Our international sales team belongs to our HQ, the thermal label factory of decade years of related products experience.
Q2.How can I get your quotation? A: For an accurate quotation, we need you kindly to supply us the following request:
1) Quantity of order (larger quantity can get better price) 2) Dimension of product , kindly supply us the artwork if you have. 3) Materials and printing color 4) Packing ( roll or fanfold? Any special request?)
Q3:What's your term of payment? A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4:What's your terms of delivery? A: FOB or negotiable.
Q5:What's your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample for free if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the freight.
Q6: Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
