100kw wind turbine direct driven permanent generator
Wind turbine power is complex system, also low efficiency for whole system if designing according to wrong information of buyer and or not complete information of wind speed, i hope the customer can learn more, so no waste money for invertment. Many customers only comparing price, at last, the wind turbine cannot work like customer expected at the site.
many factors effect the power, for example:
1, permanent magnet generator (PMG) efficiency (for example, China natioanal standard efficiency is 70%,if good quality factories price is double than normal factory - becuase normal factory's raw material is less, the exact efficiency is much lower than 70%, if increase 10% efficiency to be 80%, the price of generator will be double again. the whole system price will be increased maybe 10%-20%.
2, according to wind speed of site to design the rated power and rated wind speed. (please provide your site max. wind speed, average wind speed of every month every year of 10 years at least) .
3, how to use this power, grid line (AC voltage/frequency) or off-grid (if off-grid, need the load details to design the whole system also confirm the battery capacity).
many technical points, we need to discuss one by one with our customers to make the whole system design. If the customer don't know the above technical point, maybe the wind turbine cannot work in good condition and customer will be unsatisfactory after installing at site (some reason from the buyer who don't know the technology details, main reason is from the factories, not tell the customer the details, only selling goods and get profit, also many factories to reduce the raw material Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) to lower down cost but the quality and efficiency of PMG is lower down)
