• Corrugated roller is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo alloy steel with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HV1200.Tungsten Carbide is optional for corrugated roller.
• Vacuum suction system provides perfect flute shape even at high speed,blast  volume controller is equipped.
• Oil lubrication type gear box,low noise and gimbal transmission,also seperate power(optional).
• Pneumatic control of the upper roller,pressure roller and gluing roller.
• Bearings of corrugated roller and pressure roller are lubricated by hihg-temperature lubricating grease.
• Motorized digital read out device,auto adjustment of the glue application amount.(Manual device is optional)
• Surface of gluing roller are treated by special mesh snicded and chromeplated.Automatic and cyclic supply glue for the glue unit.
