Polyester fiber also called PET fiber, is a new type of reinforcing and crack-resistant building material for bitumen concrete reinforcement. With 100% polyester as its raw material, it is produced by special technique. Polyester staple fiber is a kind of bunchy monofilament synthetic fiber. It has the advantages of heat resistant, anti-corrosion, high strength, high chemical stability, high gripping force.
Besides the small thinness,high tensile strength and easily scattering,polyester fiber has good heat-resistance.It can be used in hot-mixing bitumen concrete projects and reinforced crack-resistance for high-tensile concrete,so it is an ideal multi-functional reinforced material.
Functions of Polyester Staple Fiber:
1. Improve the stability in high temperature.
2. Improve crack resistance in low temperature.
3. Improve the performance of fatigue resistance.
4. Improve the stability of water.
