* What is your warranty protocol?
We provide one-year warranty for fridge, and three-years warranty for compressor.
We provide 1% free spare parts ship together with the fridge for each order. It will convenience for you to replace some parts broken. if the fridge have the problem in one year, you please send the picture to us confirm. If the fridge can be repaired by change the spare parts, we will provide the spare parts to you for free. If it’s not work, please check with your local repairman and inform us the repair cost, we will bear the reasonable repair cost.
* What is your payment term?
The payment term we accept are: T/T, LC, Trade Assurance.
T/T: It should be 30% TT in advance as deposit, then balance should be paid before shipment.
* Can you provide sample?
We can provide sample for you. The sample time is 15 days. The sample cost is USDXXX/PC (It exclude delivery cost. If you place the order more than 200pcs, it's refundable after order placed). You can inform me your detail address. I'll check FedEx cost for you.
* What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ for regular price is a 20ft container. Also we accept smaller quantity order. But the price will be little higher because of the increased cost of material for small quantity.
* Can you support customize?
Our product can be customized as our customer's request.
* What is your production lead time?
Normally, production time is 35days after receipt of pre-pay.
* What certificate do you have?
We have many certificate for 70+ countries. We have CE, ETL, CETL, ROHS, PSE, SAA certificate.
