Technical guidelines for the inspection (Foreign English speaking Inspector spends from 4 to 8 hours on the factory (regular inspection/extended inspection)

1) Evaluation of the factory

a. Videos and photos of the facility and its territory

b. Videos and photos of the offices

c. Videos and photos of the working departments, manufacturing lines and the process of production

d. Videos and photos of the warehouse and evaluation of the product quantity available there

2) Examination of the consignment package

a. photos of all cartons and one separate carton from each side

b. checking for the Amazon shipping label and 'Made in China' label availability on every carton and scanning of QR code of Amazon shipping label for checking its readability

c. weighing 2-3 cartons (they should be the same weight)

d. measuring length, width and height of one carton. If there are several types of cartons therefore each type should be measured. Photos and written reports to be provided in a group chat.
(We would like to stress that carriages with volume weight can be measured again at the forwarders warehouse. That is because measurement with the ruler during the inspection can not realistically reflect the true measurements of the box ( parts of the box' edges). Another reason is that during the delivery in China, boxes can be deformed and obtain different measures.)

e. Unpacking and checking the quality of cardboard for meeting Amazon standards (photo of the cardboard from the side to check the number layers, should be a five layer cardboard)

f. Checking the number of items in each shipping carton

g. Random check up of numerous sex toys (according to AQL standart) items from each shipping carton for the expertise

3) Examination of the sex toys

a. Detailed examination of the packaging

i.checking for how well was the product packaged in the box (nothing should be loose)

ii.quality of the packaging material (thickness, smoothness of the sides, sustainability of the print)

iii.matching the information on the box with the FNSKU code, checking for the ‘made in China’ sign

iv.grammar and spelling check on each side of the box. Photo report

v.measuring box sides (length, width, height)

vi.unpacking the box and checking for the way the product was packaged

b. Detailed examination of the sex toys

i.unpacking the product and checking for each component according to the component list

ii.detailed examination of each component and its quality

What happens if the inspector finds a defect during the inspection?

In this case the inspector can engage in a dialogue with the supplier in coordination with you and negotiate all the details concerning the correction of defects.

Can I take part in the inspection?

Yes, and this is highly desirable. We use special software to send you audio, photo and video data in the course of the inspection. It allows you to control the inspection process in online mode.

Can I send you the inspection guidelines?

Yes, this is highly desirable. In case we do not receive guidelines from you, the inspector acts according to our inspection algorithm and common sense.

Will I get an inspection report?

Yes, all the audio, photo, text and video data as well as the inspector’s comments are saved in your phone after the inspection.
