Q1: Can you customize the products according to customer design?

Answer: Yes, we customized the products size, colour, and graphic exactly according to customer requirements. And put client logo on the products.

Q2: Can we get samples?

Answer: Yes, for initial order, we can supply sample, and sample can be customized design and put your brand name. 

Q3: What’s the delivery time?

Answer: for customized products, usually need 25 to 35 days to finish the manufacturing. Then ship to you accordingly. By sea, usually need 15 to 35 days to the destination port (according to the different destination port); by air, usually 5 to 7 working days to deliver.

Q4: What’s the payment term? 

Answer: Usually 40% to 50% T/T for deposit, and balance after the goods is finished .  LC, West Union, PayPal is also fine.

Q5: How about your quality control?

Answer: We pay much attention to the quality control, the products will be inspected after each procedure and before package to guarantee the quality.
