It all started in 1804 when "Ditta Giuseppe Molinari" opened in Modena selling typical gastronomic products. After a few years, in 1880, it became the prestigious "Ditta Fratelli Molinari", official suppliers to the Royal House of Savoy.
In 1911 the first "Bar Molinari" opened on Via Emilia, right in the heart of Modena. Ever since the family has concentrated its activities on roasting; starting the development of what was to become the "Caffè Molinari" brand in Italy and throughout the world.
Today, after more than 200 years, Caffè Molinari is a leading brand known and recognized far beyond the borders of our peninsula through our history, you can find a flavor to satisfy your taste.

Our selected blends are a perfect mix of the very best varieties of Arabica and/or Robusta, to meet the different expectations of your customers with an espresso coffee ranging from a delicate through a medium to a strong flavour.

To preserve the flavour freshness during storage, we use advanced modified atmosphere packaging technologies, thus maintaining unchanged all of the aromatic characteristics of our coffee.

PURCHASING The selection of green beans is very accurate and is made by a panel of experts under Mr. Alberto Molinari supervision. If the green beans sample do not pass their test it is automatically reject and not purchase.
