Introduction of magnetic separator
Suspended transversely and longitudinally over the belt conveyor, vibrate feeder and vibratory conveyor, it is designed to extract and separate the tramp metal automatically and continuously in heavy duty occasions, which provides effective removal of unwanted contaminants and protects your subsequent machinery(shredder, crusher, mill, grinder).
Similar to manual clean RCYB series, RCYD incorporates a set of pulleys along with a motor and reducer to drive a cleat belt around the magnet assembly.
when the material on the conveyor passes underneath the magnetic field, due to extremely powerful and long-reaching magnetic flux, ferrous metal is attracted to the rubber belt surface allowing the "cleared" material continue along the conveyor ,the magnet system will retain the tramp metal until it leaves its magnetic field and discharged to the collection area. thus high reparation is achieved.
