A: Our factory is located at Hengshui city, Hebei Province, where is the manufacturing base of medical supplies. You can fly to Beijing Capital International airport or take Speed Train to Hengshui Station, and we will be pleased to pick you up. Welcome to visit our factory!

Q3 How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority and we always look quality control with very high level attention and do QC strictly according to ISO9001 & ISO13485 required. Material QC, Products QC, Package QC and etc. 

Q4. What is your payment terms?
A: Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading; D/P and L/C are also acceptable for order more than USD10,000. To reduce customers’ risks, we suggest customers to use Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo and packing design.

Q6: How can I get some samples?
A: We can provide you samples and you need to pay the charges, but it will be refunded once you place order.

Q7: What's your delivery time?
A: For samples, within 3 working days after confirmation;

For bulk QTY order, usually 1~3 weeks;
Usually, By Air, shipping time needs about 5 to 10 days;
By Express like DHL, TNT, FedEx, takes 4 to 7 working days;
By Sea, it needs about 15 to 45 working days.
