A: Strict quality control is performed in every procedure from material sourcing, processing and testing to packing. Each machine loading test at least 20 minute.

A: Generally ours: the regular welding machines: AC220V, the industrial welding machine: AC380V

Q4: How much is the shipping charge to my country?

A6: The shipping charge depends on your located country and the weight of the package.

Q5: How long is the production lead time?

A: After receiving your 30% deposit , generally it is 5-10days if the goods are in stock, or 25-30 days if not .

Q6:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Usually ship by sea and takes 30days. airline or express also optional for small order and 3-5days arrival, shipping time differs for different countries.

Q7: What is your payment terms?

A: 30% deposit,70% balance, you could pay by T/T, L/C, PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, Trade Assurance are recommended, you could pay through Trade Assurance on Alibaba, and you could get compensation if any dispute occurs.

A: Warranty is 12 months which machine are not being damaged by any man-made, we would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
