This machine is very easy to operate and need a little cost,but huge and good market.Products are widely used in furniture, office, kitchen ware, teaching equipment, civilian laboratories and so on. The thickness is from 0. 3 to 3 mm and the width is from 12 mm to 80 mm. The products have the following main features: smooth surface, no foaming, no tension, moderate gloss, smooth surface and back surface, uniform thickness, uniform width, reasonable hardness, high elasticity, good quality, good wear resistance. After trimming side color and surface color almost same , not white, glossy, furniture overall color coordination.

PVC Edge Band Function: The main function of the edge band is to fixation the section of the plate to avoid the damage of the environment and the unfavorable factors (mainly moisture) to the plate and to prevent the formaldehyde volatilization inside the plate and to achieve the effect of beautiful decoration at the same time.

ABS edge band : ABS resin is one of the most advanced materials in the world at present. The edge band dont use calcium, which is transparent and smooth after trimming, and will never appear white. However, the market price of ABS resin is about 12,800 RMB / ton, the production cost is high, and the price of PVC edge band of the same specification is about twice as high in market promotion.
