Introduction**

Trendvision LED UV curing technology is a relatively environmentally friendly and more efficient option compared to the traditional mercury lamp UV curing technique. Under the effect of UV radiation, the UV-curable inks can be securely adhered to various substrates of choice. The UV-Curable inks produced by Trendvision not only have a wide range of color gamut, but also have characteristics of high durability and strong light fastness which allow the printed image to stay on the substrate, remaining itself for a long period of time. UV curable inks can be applied to both rigid and flexible substrates.

Recommended Environment**

Printing Temperature

Suitable for domestic and oversea market; 15°C~35°C

Storage Conditions

Store ink between 20°C~60°C

Ink must be re-dissolved for 24 hours in ambient temperature (25°C~30°C)before usage

Shelf life

White ink: 6 months in ambient temperature, 2 months in high temperature (60°C) or in low temperature (-20°C)

Color ink:1 year in ambient temperature, 2 months in high temperature (>=60°C)or in low temperature(<=20°C)
