1) Mixer: Raw materials to be mixed into dough( before mixer, there is a gumbase heater).

2) Processing line:

          -Dough to be put into the extruder all the way going  through Sheeting
           machine and becomes gum sheet , further moving to the gum slab forming and cutting
           machine ,and  out-coming gum slabs . The gum slabs are put onto the wooden trays and
           sent into the aging room for aging in hours.
         Capacity : 2-2.5 ton/8hours or250kgs/ hour.

         Bigger capacity is available upon requirement.

3) Aging Room:

        Scoring gum slabs on wooden trays are put into aging room for aging around
        5-12hours, aging time is varied upon product recipe.

        Aging room temperature : ±20℃, and moisture: 50-55

4) Coating Systm: for chicle gum or coating gum , the scored gum slabs are tumbled till each

        gum core is separated .

5) Packing :

          --Stick chewing gum: after aging, the gum slabs are sent to packing machine for packing
             into 5 sticks/ pack, or each single stick to be pillow packed .

             Packing room temperature and moisture shall be kept same as aging room

         -Chicle/Coating gum: after coating , they can be packed into bottle , blister , stick pack,

           in bags  or pillow pack etc.

6) Auxiliary machines are available . We can supply you the whole gum plant ,even raw 
    materials and packaging materials .

 7) When you want to make both stick chewing gum and coated gum/chiclet gum / dragee gum ,
