Cautionary Instruction:

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not place in mouth or nostrils. Not for children under the age of 2 years. Do not apply to wounds or on damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Do not heat directly or place in a container in which you are heating water. Never expose vaporub to flame or use in a microwave oven. Use care when using with hot/steaming water to avoid scalding.
