Why the seat of sofa and chair are sink or out of shape?

All because the foam density is not correct been on used.

The foam density for seat should be 35-40kgs/m3 and the

foam on the back should be 30-35kgs/m3.All our foams are coming with CA117 or BS5852 Anti-fire standard,which can guarantee 10 years service life for the sofa and chairs. 

Filler

A good Down Jacket can give you a  soft and warm winter,

we take this inspiration and use on our sofa pillows.This

material comes with light weight but soft and warm,we

are in need of it when we relax on sofa and watching TV,

this will make us feel more comfortable.Years ago we use

cotton as filler but now things changed and improved.

A: Yes, the  sample fee is 3 times for unit price.

Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit for each order?

A: Yes, 30 pieces for chairs and sttols, 10 pieces for sofas and tables, full container with mixed items is acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: Based on your order quantity, normally 15days for samples, 35days for 20ft container and 45days for 40ft.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by sea to your nearest seaport, normally the shipping time will be 15-35days for different ports.

A: There different trade terms for your options: EX-W, FOB, CIF and door to door shipping services.
