Machine Feature
1. No cup ,no filling ,no sealing .when machine is running .because it has Omron brand photoelectric sensor.
2. Nitrogen flush system , machine can let finished capsule nitrogen content reach 95%,it means residual oxygen content is 5%, it will prolong coffee powder expire date.
3. High filling accuracy , our machine can reach ±0.1g,Schneider brand servo motor control auger filling. How many grams powder into capsule ,it will influence coffee taste.so don't neglect it.
4. Transparent window inside the hopper ,it will help you look hopper full or empty state. And we have powder position sensor, when hopper has less powder , it will have alarm tips on the touchscreen and remind you open vaccum feeding machine,transfer coffee powder to hopper.
5. Good sealing system, Lids cannot be slit easily. If use fresh coffee powder , the lids will swell and appear bubble.Because fresh coffee powder will release Co2.
6. Automatically reject unqualified product,if it has no lids or no powder. If you want to check finshed capsule weight again, we can install optional check weight system, let more serious requirement for every capsule,all are same.
7. Automatically count capsules output quantity. You can set Quantity number,when machine finish quantity demand,machine will stop automatically.
8. Omron touch screen and PLC, in the past ,our one customer let machine keep working 24 hours ,it has no problem.
9. We can install optional remote control system ,when machine need help in customer factory ,we can operate it by computer in our factory.
10. Machine's safety door function ,when machine is running, worker open the door,machine will stop runing.This desin help protect worker safety.

Machine Details
Container feeding station:
Automatic empty cups loading device,horizontal design, it can accommodate 500 capsules,Adopt air claw to feed capsule, stable and accurate. Machine use premade cup. Cup sensor "no cup no filling"
Capsules sensor:
if detect no capsules,no filling and no sealing.
Nitrogen injection station:
Additional Nitrogen gas flushing to increase coffee shelf life. Nitrogen protection line from capsule loading station to seal station.And storage hopper has nitrogen input.
Automatic vacuum material feeding machine:
Automatically transfer powder product through pipe from holding floor tank to auger hopper.
Filling station:
high speed four servo driven auger filler mounted on top of the machine, separated controlled by PLC touch screen, the weight adjustable by touch screen.
Press down station:
Press down coffee powder after filling process to remove overflow coffee to get a flat surface. Meanwhile, this device will suck the dust on capsule rim to filter Jar.
Foil station:
Die-cutting aluminum foil lids pick and place device.
Heat sealing station:
Pneumatically driven heat seal device. OMRON temperature controller to adjust temperature.
