The main composition of tungsten carbide strips is tungsten carbide powders and cobalt powders. With its wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ability, tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as: cutting tools, moulds, oil and automobile industry etc.

 

Cemented carbide strip, also known as cemented carbide strip plate, is mainly made of WC and Co powder by metallurgy. The content of WC and CO in different kinds of cemented carbide strips is different, so they are widely used.

Workflow:

 

1, Soon after the order is confirmed, tungsten carbide strip products will start to prepare the RTP powder as per customer's requirement with our wet-grinding machine

2, Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering using every mould, and we check the appearances and the sizes of tungsten carbide strip samples with a micrometer, projectors etc. to ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production

3, Bulk production, press the raw materials to shape blanks, and all tungsten carbide strip blanks must be passed by semi-finished inspection

4, Then sinter blanks to finish and finished tungsten carbide strip inspection, we have 5 sets of vacuum sintering furnace and 1 set of High-Temperature Sintering Furnace in the factory to ensure the best quality and production capacity.

5, 1). cleaning/tumbling is to make the tungsten carbide strip look more beautiful.
2). The tungsten carbide strip can be ground according to customers' order tolerance requirement
