Usage
1. As a concrete water reducing agent: the amount of water in concrete is generally 0.2-0.3% of cement quality, which can reduce water consumption by 10-15% or more, improve the workability of concrete mixture and improve engineering quality.The use in summer can restrain the slump loss, and is generally used in combination with efficient water reducing agent.
2. Used as flotation agent for ore dressing and binding agent for smelting ore powder, mixed with calcium lignosulfonate and ore powder for smelting industry to make ore powder balls.
3. Refractory materials: when making refractory bricks and tiles, use calcium lignosulfonate as dispersant and binder, which can improve operation performance and have good effects such as reducing water, strengthening and preventing cracking.
4. Ceramics: for ceramic products, the carbon content can be reduced to increase the strength of the green billet, the amount of plastic clay can be reduced, the mud fluidity is good, and the yield rate can be improved by 70-90%, and the sintering speed can be reduced from 70 minutes to 40 minutes.
5. Others: calcium lignosulfonate can also be used in refining auxiliaries, casting, coal slurry dispersant, pesticide wettability powder processing, briquetting coal suppression, road, soil, dust suppression, tanning leather packing, carbon black granulation, feed binders, etc
