Lateral Shuffle

The goal with this drill is to get both feet in the box while moving laterally. This is a great way to get balance work in while keeping the move dynamic.

Squat Hop

Stand in the first square of the ladder, feet shoulder-width apart. Jump forward one square, spreading legs wide to land in a squat with one foot on each side of the ladder. Quickly jump to the next square, landing with both feet inside the ladder.

The Heisman

Alternately step each foot in and out of the box, and then pause to bring one knee up towards your chest to meet the opposite elbow. Alternate knees as you move through the boxes.
