Product Description
Fried chicken is one of the best sellers among fast food products and well-loved by all races. With our premix, you can now cook tasty, crispy and crunchy fried chicken in a few easy steps. Not just for chicken, this premix is also ideal for the cooking of seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, meat and others. Cooking Method
1. Wash and prepare chicken pieces in desire size.
2. Prepare 45g of the premix with 90ml of water.
3. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
4. Dip the marinated chicken in the remaining premix for breading.
5. Deep fry in preheated oil at 177C (350F) for 12 minutes until golden brown.
