500kW 625kvA biomass/syngas generator with world famous brand engine
1)10500V, 6300V, 400V high, medium and low voltage output can be customized according to the need, lower initial investment and operating costs, can both parallel operation and use directly with the load, to meet the different needs of users.
2)Having advantages such as large diameter, long stroke, low speed and big power reserve, more suitable for low pressure gas than high speed machine, power output is stable and constant.
3)Low speed greatly reduces gas engine components wear, extends the service life span, and reduces the components inventory.
4)Inline structure simplified engine layout and convenient for maintenance.
5)Naturally aspirated gas intake system, no turbocharger, intercooler and other equipment, adapting to a wide range of gas, low failure rate, have obvious advantages.
6)The inner mixing gas generator set, realizing gas and air intake separately and co-combustion in the combustion chamber, can be adapted to safety use of high hydrogen gas, no tempering and blasting danger.
7)Intake system is configured with emergency shut-off valve, flame arresters, valves, and other explosion protection facilities, alarm protection measures are taken to ensure the safe operation of the unit.

Gas requirements
Biomass gas should be subject to appropriate tar cleaning, filter, gas-liquid separation, and pressure regulation. If the temperature is too high, should also be through cooling treatment, and ensure no liquid ingredients in the gas. Gas temperature≤ 40℃, gas pressure 2.5~10kpa, pressure change rate≤1kPa/min, tar content≤50mg/Nm3, H2S≤50mg/Nm3, NH3≤20mg/Nm3, moisture content≤20mg/Nm3, impurity size≤5μm, impurity content≤30mg/Nm3, calorific value≥4MJ/ Nm3.
