During the production,SUNSOUL control the WEIGHT under the standard with the +/-3% tolerance. Our staff are sampling in each production lot.Once found out of the standard,we will stop this lot and checking 100% again.

In this progress,we mainly control the surface RUSTY of wheel weight,each lot we test the condition is
Chamber Temperature:(35+/-2)°C
Equipment tank Temperature:(47+/-2)°C
Volume of salt solution collected:(1.0-2.5)ml/80cm2/h
PH of collected solution at (25±2)℃: 6.5~7.2
Exposure perioud: 48H

This progress we are following this standard:GB/T2828.1-2008 control the Clip Distance for wheel weight.We follow the standard is for STEEL rim,the tolerance is 2.0+/-0.2,for ALLOY rim is 4.4+/-0.2mm

This tool is special to test the adhesive tape stick for wheel weight.
Initial Adhesion: 2.5g,5g,1/4oz>100N,

After 24H Adhesive,2.5g,5g,1/4oz >150N,

A: Generally, we pack our goods in SUNSOUL brand inner packing and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.If you need neutral packing,pls contact us before ordering.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
