Q: Software
A: One of our project managers will sit down with you and plan your system,such as Windows, Linux,IOS and we will then present content designs and a roadmap. Throughout the process we will liaise with you in order to ensure the system to meet all of your requirements.
Q: Low Sensitivity
A: The sensitivity level in the touch driver control panel can be adjusted and Level 4 is recommended.
Q:Drifting
A: If the cursor always goes to the positions which are different from the points touched, it is diagnosed as a drifting issue. There are two kinds of drifting symptom as stated below:
1. If the drifting of the cursor is regular, this kind of problem can be solved by calibration.
2. If the drifting of the cursor is irregular, it seems that there is some interference around the touch system.Please try to lower the sensitivity level.
Q: Environmental Qualification
A: Our touch monitors can be very environmentally friendly – some are made up of up to 95% recycled materials and can be recycled again once they reach the end of their lifespan. However, there are others that are made from non-degradable materials and cannot be recycled after usage.Most of our products use minimal power and can be programmed to sleep or shut down outside of business hours.
Q: Product Warranty
A: A the touch units come complete with a cover 12 month RTB warranty, and you can take out full parts and labour warranties for up to 3 years.
