1. Are you traders or factory?
We are direct partners of the factory, we take care of the entire export market for Latin America.
2. What is the minimum quantity for an order?
The minimum must be 25 tons or, 1000m2 in the case of Sandwich Panels, of the same sizes, color and coating of Zinc/Alu-Zinc (Z/AZ). (May vary for some specific products).
3. How long does the production take and how long does the goods spend in transit?
After receiving the deposit payment, the production takes 15 to 35 days depending on the product. The estimated transit to Latin America is 35-40 days.
4. Do you carry out the process of nationalization and payment of customs fees?
No, we provide the documents for the Client to be in charge according to the local processes. We offer our support in logistics and monitoring of your shipment for your peace of mind.
5. What documents do you deliver?
We deliver the following documents: Commercial Invoice, Bill of Landing (BL), Certificate of Origin (CO), Packing List and other specific documents requested by the Client.
6. Can different products be mixed in a container?
No. Each type of merchandise must be transported in different containers. Depending on the type of products, 20GP or 40HQ containers will be used
7. Can you ship in Bulk?
Yes, the minimum amount for this type of shipping is 1,000 tons.
8. Do you provide any insurance for the merchandise and the payment?
