QC//step 1

All our products is checking following GB/1796.3-2008 by our inspectors during the production.This first step is after the rubber press machine put the rubber and stem together.Our inspector check whether has the rubber plug the hole or extra the stem,if have,we will take them out. 



QC//step 2

This second step testing is very important.We test 100%.We put the tire valves in water sink keeping 60 seconds in 8 kgs pressure. If we found the air is bubble,then we will take them out.Through this way,not only the quick air leak,but also the slow air leak can be tested.



QC//Step 3

During the each production,which we are sampling the each rubber set to test before bulk production.The hardness we control in 65±5 ShoreA



QC//Step 4

This progress is also important.This is pull in and out force power testing.We control this progress very serious.Each production before bulk production,we make the testing.We control the Pull on power:180-450N,Pull off power:>600N



QC//Step 5

Each box which we stick our QR code. And it show our material ID No., Quantity and Item No..From this tracing,we can find in which lot we produce.
