Q1: Can I get a free sample?
A: Usually we will deduct the sample fee in the second payment, the mass production order that meet our MOQ.
Q2: What is the MOQ? Can I have mix order?
A: For custom-made order, our MOQ is 300pcs/color.
For production quantity below 500pcs, a USD$500 shipping handling fee will be occurred and charged by the shipping company.
Q3: What is the best price of product?
A: Each production is variedby quantity,material, shipping courier, packing of goods and other value-added service. If you have any requirement, please contact us.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: The production time is around 60-90days after samples and payment confirmed. We can ship the product by sea or air base on your requirement.
For sample production, the time is around 7-10 working days.
Q5: Can Ihave my logo on the product?
A: Definitely. You can send us your logo therefore we can produce it on the product according to your information or adjust the design according to your request.
Q6:How would you pack the goods?
A: For general packing (product packing without special design/special fill-in material/specific requirement by customer), we will pack each item into polybag, and ship out by carton box.
Q7: What is the payment terms and conditions?
A: We encourage customer to use TRADE ASSURANCE by Alibaba, as the communication process between buyer and seller can be trace and track by the system, both parties can be well protected during transaction.
For T/T we accept 30% deposit and 70% paid against B/L copy, if you have other requirement, we can discuss in detail. For other payment, we accept L/C, Credit Card, PayPal and Escrow.
