Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We pride ourselves of providing quality products to many big brands. We have strict QC and QA system, following MIL STD105E standard for most items.Every unit of product is designed to be manufactured with the best quality control. From the movie clip of keychain production, you can see how the robot machine works to avoid fingerprint on keychain, and the worker does every possible to protect the product free from scratches.
Q: Will you have any difference from pre-production sample, shipment sample and bulk production?
A: Pre-production sample is the standard for production and QC, no difference is allowed unless approved by customer. The shipment sample is taken from the mass production, so it reflects truly the quality of product.
