Primary Packing
Each Product is first packed in a poly bag as it is considered standard packing. We also provide custom packing for customers who would prefer custom.
Secondary Packing
After each product is packed in a poly bag or custom packing. We then put them all in cartoon or boxes. Then they are ready to be shipped.

After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all dept. before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control. We have preventative controls on every production process to make sure the same level of quality of the finished products. The detail of the quality controls is given below;
** Inspect all the materials when arrived as per the approved control sample. Store department confirms the thickness, Gsm, Shade, Feel and other characteristics to ensure they will match customers' requirements.
** Cutting department follows the approved patterns and original sample of all sizes to cut the material in the right way. The cutting department follow the approved size chart by the customer.
** The printed, sublimation, embroidery, sticker are inspected by the quality person to check if the printing quality is excellent and as per approved control sample and customer design.
** The material is then issued to the Stitching Department along with the control stitched sample for the bulk production. We have Line managers for each stitching line to check the quality and prevent errors and mistakes of semi-finished goods.
** The production manager and the product managers also check and sign the stitched lot before it goes to the checking department.
** The checking department performs the trimming, cleaning, pressing and check measurements before the final checker inspect the goods.
**\tThe final checker checks the goods as per control sample. He inspects and check the stitching quality, measurements, material shades, label quality and printing quality before to send the goods for the packing in poly-bags.
**\tFinal packer will clean the goods where necessary and pack the products in poly bags.
**\tMetal Detector Machine is in place to detect needles and other metals in the packed goods before the products are packed in the cartons.
** Final inspection while packing up all the goods on random basis by following the strict ISO AQL standards. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping.

Q: Can i have a sample order ?
A: Yes we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Sample shipping charges has to be paid by the customer.
Q:What about the lead time?
A: Most sample needs 7 days to dispatch, in special design / customization more time may be required, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for most orders.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: we usually ship by DHL, UPS, Skynet, TNT, DPEX, Parcel force, Fedex. It usually takes 3-6 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
