Packaging & Shipping
Usually we have five kinds of packing ways, these package can protect the coolers during the shipping from our factory to European markets, North American marktes, South American markets, Africa markets...
1. Pallet packing: for some products, for example truck intercoolers or bulldozer oil coolers or excavator hydraulic oil coolers, we will put several intercoolers on one pallet, then fix them. this way can save the container space and cost.
2. Standard export wooden box: for some customer design products, which size is special, we choose the wooden box. It can protect the products very well during the shipping;
3.Corrugated boxes: this package way is usually for the car radiators and auto radiators, which weight usually is high, before put in the cotainer, the currugate boxes can protect them.
4.Metal frame: which is used in domestic markets and can be reused.
5. Packing as the customer special requirements, for example, use the carton with customer's logo.

Answer: we are a manufacture factory- Hengan Radiator Group Co., Ltd , but we also have our trading company-Hengan IMP & EXP Company.
2. what is your general radiator core thickness?
Answer: our aluminum radiator core thickness includes 16mm, 26mm, 32mm, 48mm, 50mm, 56mm, 58mm.
3.How much time do i can get my order products?
Answer: Usually, You can get your order radiators with 20-30 days after the payment.
4. How long is your warranty?
Answer: one year.
5. Can you produce the radiator, intercooler, oil cooler as our special requirements?
Answer: Yes, we can. It is better if you can supply the drawings or the main specification.
6. Do we need to afford the very expensive mold cost if we want you to develop a new radiator for us?
Answer: It depends on your year order quantity or total order quantity. The customer should pay the cost first, then when your order quantity is up to some quantity, we can return part or all the mold cost to you, which will be put into our contract to protect the customers.
7. Can i do the testing in your testing center free?
Answer: If the radiator intercooler oil cooler are bought from our factory, we would like to do the testing free for you.
