A/\tOverview:
The whole machine is relatively closed to prevent water leakage. When the bottle is sent to the bottle washing position by conveyor belt, the manipulator sends the barrel to the bottle washing position. The lifting device lifts the bottle to the bottle washing position. The bottom brush rises and the manipulator clamps the bottle. At the same time, the copying brush and the high-pressure pump startup. The bottle sprays continuously on the barrel body and rotates with the brush. In this way, the bottle body, bottleneck, bottle bottom, and bottle interior are thoroughly cleaned by the action of brush and water. After cleaning, the lifting device and the manipulator deliver the bottle to the conveyor belt, and the bottle is sent to the next process by the conveyor belt. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. Equipped with independent control box.

1/\tThe rack, baffle and control box are made of 304 stainless steel, which can wash the neck, body, and bottom of the inner and outer barrels, double cleaning inside and outside to achieve full cleaning in all directions.
2/\tAfter washing, clean the dirty water again and wash the dirty water clean. It is equipped with a circulating water tank, circulating water pump, double-layer filter screen, plexiglass cover, etc.
