       Q1: Are you a manufacturer? How fast we can get a quotation?

A: HongJu is a manufacturer of silicone rubber products since 1999. Our sales will provide a quotation within 12 working hours based on a complicated product, within  8 working hours based on the simple product.

Q2: What should I provide to set up a mold?

A: Set up a mold needs to have the 3D drawing, if the customer can not provide, we will draw based on 2D drawing

or sample, or we will find the professional design to design for your confirmation. After the mold set up, we will do a free sample to confirm before production.

Q3: What you can help if the sample testing has problems?

A: Our engineer will base on your testing situation to give suggestion and solutions. We also will provide

the second free samples for you to test based on the mold no need to modify the situation.
