Q1: Are you a manufacturer? or trading company?
A1: We are both of them. But we are manufacturer mainly. 

Q2: Then how could you ensure your quality when you're both manufacturer and trading  company?
A2: Each stage will be followed by professional QC. Even a small mistake (such as Stiching mistake about button) will be pointed out and corrected immediately. For the quality of material, we have our own particular standard to test. They have to be qualified and enviorment friendly. Harmless to hunman also is improtant.

Q3: I want to have a bag on my own design and logo, could you do that ?             
A3: Of course. All you have to do is let us know (by e-mail, skype, whatsapp and so on), then e-mail us the relevant details about design and logo. And we will offer our professional advice and price for you.

Q4: I want some samples, could you offer me?
A4: Of course, we're honered to offer you sample. It or they will be delivered within 5 or 7 days after we decide the details of samples.

Q5: Can we select shipping agent on our own?
A5: Of course you can. We do have a great relationship with some forwanders. We're very happy to recommend you a few if you need.

Q6: I'd like to have a visit to your factory, how could I get there?
Q6: It's our honer that you wanna come to visit us. Our factory place in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China. You could take off at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and we will pick you up.
