Torku brand emerged in 2007 as a result of visionary point of view of Konya Seker, which is a producers' cooperative. There were two main objectives of Konya Seker, which has 900 thousand farmers behind it, for beginning to produce its wide product range under Torku brand, which began with sugar and extended from chocolate types to biscuits, Turkish delight, candy, halvah, meat and dairy products and even frozen products.
Konya Seker aimed to both increase the welfare of its producing partners and offer 100 per cent natural, trustworthy, high quality products, whose every stage it keeps under control from the seed to the package, to its customers. When Recep Konuk was elected Chairman at Konya Seker in 1999, sound steps began to be taken towards the integration of industry and agriculture and the investments for this purpose began to be brought to life one by one.
Although Torku is a new brand, which said 'hello' to the consumers in 2007,it emerged with the efforts of 900 thousand producing partners on accumulation of 63 years of Konya Seker, which is a producer's cooperative.
Konya Seker created a great system, whose steps it keeps under control from seed to package to offer 100 percent natural, trustworthy and quality products to its consumers.
Torku Farmer's Milk is pasteurized milk. Daily milk is actually the general name which is given to pasteurized milk. Torku Farmer's milk is a whole (3,5%) pasteurized milk type. There is also Torku branded whole pasteurized milk type on the shelves.
Most of our products produced in our facilities which are periodically audited within the scope of TSE Halal Standard, have halal certificate.
