Are your vehicles made in Turkey?
Yes, our vehicles are made in Turkey.
Do your have any after-sale service? Yes, you can consult us about any of your problems. We also provide spare parts for our models.
How about warranty? All the parts other than VRLA GEL batteries are 2 years. VRLA GEL batteries have 6 months warranty.
What certificate do you have for electrical vehicles? Our factory has ISO9001 We have all CE and ECC certificates for our models.
Did you export goods to EU/South America/USA ect.? We do export to more than 25 countries now. For more details please contact with us.
How long to wait for delivery time? After the production completes we will ship your order in min 2 days and max 10 days.
How about the shipping? We use our own trucks or logistic companies to ship your order directly to you. The transportation cost will be determined based on your location.
What's the mini order? The minimum order quantity is 10 pcs. You can mix the models in your order to reach this quantity.
Is sample available? Yes, sample order is acceptable but we charge FOB cost which includes packaging, labor cost, custom costs, local expenses etc. This FOB cost is not a part of shipping. Transportation cost will be included seperately than the FOB cost. So in summary it will be like this:

Which colors will be available? Most of our models have color options white, silver and red. Some models have black option too additionaly. Some of our special models can have different color options than the colors stated above.
Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods? Yes. This is an OEM production. If you order minimum 500pcs, we can produce every model as you like.
Does company accept EURO? Yes. We also have EURO account, not only USD.
What is the payment? We use T/T bank transfer payment option.
Did you attend in any aboard exhibition? Yes, we always attend to Italy EICMA, Germany INTERMOT and Turkey MOTOBIKE fairs.
