We are located in Yongkang, Zhejiang province. Our nearest airport is Yiwu airport and the high speed station is Yongkang Nan Station

2. Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?

A: Yes. We can provide sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier.  The delievery time is 7 daysafter receiving the payment. 

3. Q: Can I have my own customized product(OEM SERVICE)? What is the MOQ for OEM?

A: Yes. OEM service is very welcomed. The MOQ for OEM is 500pcs per color.

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container. 

5. Q: What's the delivery time?

A: It will take about 30-35 days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation. 

6. Q: What is the payment terms?

A: T/T, L/C at sight

7. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?

A: We have strictly quality control in incoming material, inner material QC and 100% QC before packing.

8. Q: What is the warranty period for the scooters?

A:Our warranty period for our scooter is 5 months after shipping. 

9. Q: What certificate do you have?

A: We have CE (EN71, EN14619), SGS, ISO9001 etc.
